Participants will understand how AI initiatives should be positioned in relation to corporate vision, business priorities, KPIs, OKRs, and decision-making needs, rather than being treated as disconnected experiments.

Participants will recognize that the real question in AI is not only what can be built, but what value can be created, measured, and scaled across the business.

 

Module 5 – Understanding the role of data readiness in AI success

Participants will understand why AI success depends not only on data availability, but also on data quality, accessibility, ownership, governance, and operational readiness.

 

Module 6 – Building awareness of AI integration across systems, workflows, and decisions

Module 9 – Understanding the logic of the Agentic AI Operating Model

Participants will understand how AI is beginning to reshape workflows, roles, and decision mechanisms, and why Agentic AI requires a different operating model perspective.

 

Module 10 – Building awareness of the AI maturity journey and roadmap logic

Participants will gain awareness of how to read their organization’s current maturity level, clarify priorities, and approach AI transformation with a more structured roadmap perspective.

What We Mean by “New Way of Working”

During the program, we will explore the Agentic AI Operating Model as a practical lens to design how your organization will actually work with AI.

 

You will:

 

  • Learn what “agentic AI” means beyond hype and buzzwords

  • See how AI agents can participate in real work: monitoring, planning, executing and escalating

  • Design at least one simplified version of “this is how we will work with AI in this process”

  • Understand what needs to change in roles, decision-making and governance when AI stops being a tool and becomes a collaborator
